4. Return Policy for Undelivered Shipments

  • If a package is undelivered and returned to the sender due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, return charges may apply.
  • Customers must claim returned shipments within 30 days of notification; otherwise, storage or disposal fees may be incurred.
